From our Backyard.
We source all of our ingredients from as close to home as possible. Starting locally in the neighbourhood for basics, and spreading the love throughout Ontario, to ensure the best and freshest meats, vegetables, fruits and dairy, end up on your plate. As lifelong residents, we believe that as a community, diversity is our biggest strength! As a company, we also believe that it is one of our greatest resources- the ability to find many different types of foods in the hands of diverse and qualified experts, in each and every little pocket of our wonderful province.
Neighbourhood Support.
Whenever we can source our ingredients, decor, kitchenwares, and even our beer, wine and spirits, from local businesses -we do! Our company is stationed in Haliburton County, and in the Beaches area of Toronto, providing us with a multitude of shops, grocers, breweries, distilleries, and hidden gems from which we can source many of the products we use. We are happy to step outside of our neighbourhood to support your own local favourites as well, while catering to your culinary and hospitality needs.

If there is one thing we love more than food, it’s traveling…in order to try all the food! These passions have allowed us to explore outside of our country and our comfort zones, so that we can share what we have learned, discovered and created, with you. If you choose to tailor your event’s menu based on where in the world the cuisine comes from, we hunt down the most authentic ingredients needed for each dish, to ensure that you and your loved ones are transported around the globe with every delicious bite.
